Who this is

This site is run by Natalie Foster, trading as Natalie's Heating Service, a sole trader based in Orpington, Kent. For anything on this page, contact info@nataliesheatingservice.co.uk or call 07840 393821.

What is collected, and why

The enquiry form on the contact page asks for your name, a phone number or email address, and a description of the problem. This is used only to reply to your enquiry, and is sent by email using Resend, a third party email delivery service, to Natalie's own inbox. There is no database behind this site. No enquiry is stored anywhere beyond that email.

If you tap a WhatsApp link, you leave this site and continue the conversation on WhatsApp, which is run by Meta and governed by Meta's own privacy policy, not this one.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages are useful. Nothing is sent to Google unless you choose Accept on the banner shown when you first visit. Until then the analytics code is not loaded at all, so no cookie is set and no information about your visit, including your IP address, reaches Google. Choosing No thanks keeps it that way and your visit is not counted. Your choice is remembered in your browser so you are not asked again, and you can change it at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this domain.

Analytics data is kept for 14 months and then deleted automatically. Nobody at Natalie's Heating Service can identify you personally from it.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to:

• see what personal data is held about you
• have inaccurate data corrected
• have your data deleted
• object to how your data is used
