Common questions
How do I know if I need a new boiler or a repair?
I will always tell you honestly which side of that line you are on, usually as part of a repair call rather than a separate visit.
How long does an installation take?
A straightforward like-for-like combi swap is usually a day. Moving the boiler, or fitting a system with a cylinder, takes longer, and you will know before I start.
Is the quote really fixed?
Yes, once I have surveyed it. The only thing that changes a fixed price is something the survey could not have found, and that is rare and always agreed with you first.
